In 1993 KMT got an independent building permit. For devotion to its work, KMT was awarded with a Quality Certificate of the Methodological Certification Center at the International Information Center.

In 2004 KMT was licensed for Design and Construction of Buildings and Structures of the 1^st and 2^nd Responsibility Levels according to the state standard.

In December 2008 our Company received international certificates ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management, ISO 18001:1999 Labor Safety and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management.

Since December 1, 2010 KMT is a part of SAO TcentrStroyExpertiza-status.

Since Marsch 2010, KMT is a part of "Build Project Security"
