Approval.

KMT solves any issues regarding remodeling approval. KMT executes authorizations for remodeling residential and non-residential buildings and obtains any required approvals:

• Remodeling projects in line with official requirements
• Technical inventory with the Territorial Bureau of Technical Inventory (TBTI) or Moscow RTI with a technician’s visit and a black line floor plan as well as any other documents after remodeling;
• Obtaining approvals for interior remodeling from the authorized executive body – Interdepartmental Commission at the Moscow Prefecture;
• Remodeling approval by the Moscow State Residential Inspection;
• Signing an Act on completed remodeling and commissioning;
• Obtaining recommendations from the State Fire Supervision Authority (State Fire Supervision Administration of the Ministry of Emergency Situations);
• Obtaining a report from the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Authorities (Russian Agency for Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) or the Federal State Healthcare Institution Sanitary and Epidemiological Center of Moscow);
• Approvals of architectural and town-planning agencies (State Unitary Enterprise Main Architectural and Planning Administration Moscow City Architecture Committee); Cultural Heritage Committee of Moscow (Moskomnaslediye), the building management organization as well as Moscow Public Utilities and Amenities Board (MOSZHILNIIPROYEKT), MNIITEP, MOSPROYEKT and other design institutes.
